Call for Participation
Saturday, October 12th to Sunday, October 13th, 2024!
Flow of events leading up to the event
1. Registration
You can apply to participate in the Multilingual Youth Camp 2024 in Tokyo from your computer or smartphone. Please enter your name, address, email address, photos for the collage, etc., and apply during the application period.
2. Notification of receipt of application
After confirming your application, the Youth Project Administration Dept. will send you an email to notify you that your application has been accepted and provide instructions regarding payment.
4. Participate in orientation, preparation meetings, and local family sessions
Participate in the orientation and preparation session and become friends with the people you will be traveling with!
Those who are not participating in Youth Camp can also participate.
Maybe there will be some questions to ask local families? Let's use the Youth Camp as an opportunity to go around and meet families together!

3. Deposit
Please transfer the participation fee according to the payment method stated in the automatic reply email sent to you when your registration is complete.
Your participation will be officially confirmed once we have confirmed your payment.

Please note that bank transfer fees will be borne by the applicant.
Please make the transfer in the name of each applicant.
*If this is difficult, please contact us by email before making the transfer .
(For multiple people, or transfer under a different name, etc.)Once we have confirmed your payment, we will contact you by email.
In the event of cancellation, refund fees will be borne by the applicant.
5. Participate in a homestay program (if you wish)
Those who wish can experience a homestay in Japan (Guidance participation is required).
Deepen your relationships by staying with a host family in the hosting area as a part of the family!
6. The day of Youth Camp!!
Have fun with friends from all over the country!

7. Participate in sharing meeting
We will hold an online retrospective. Let's relive the excitement of the Youth Camp, including those who couldn't attend!
About the Preparation
Meeting
Youth Camp Preparation
There are two types of preparation meetings : online and face-to-face.
At both preparation meetings, meet and make friends with many different people!
The main theme of MYC this time is,
"From your experience
To the world
Considering about our new international exchange"
We will think and exchange opinions about the theme to prepare for the two-day camp so that it will be as enjoyable as possible.

About Homestay Program
Applicants for the Multilingual Youth Camp 2024 in Tokyo,
Only those who attend the separate guidance session can apply for homestay program.
Experience a "real" interaction before joining MYC!

③ After the guidance session, if you wish, apply for a homestay program

At the end of the guidance session, we will send an application form to those who wish to apply for a domestic homestay.
<Notes>
If there are a large number of participants, we will adjust the number of participants, so we may not be able to meet your request.
Priority will be given to participants from far away.
